In this onboarding stage, you'll learn about the main tools we'll use throughout the project.

Our formal communication will be via Google Chat, meetings will take place on Google Meet, and important documents will be sent via Gmail and Google Drive.

Onboarding | Welcome
Onboarding is the time to welcome you and introduce how we'll manage the project. All official follow-up will be handled through my exclusive platform within the website, where you can centrally track deadlines, deliveries, and updates. We'll also use Notion for detailed tracking of each stage, ensuring complete transparency throughout development.
For communication, we'll use the Google Suite: Google Chat for quick messages, Google Meet for meetings, Gmail for important documentation, and Google Drive for sending and approving materials. And, if you prefer, we can also keep in touch via Slack, WhatsApp, Teams, or email, depending on what's most convenient for you.
STRATEGY | FROM DISCOVERY TO STRUCTURING
The strategic phase is where we build the foundation of the project. We start with Discovery, the moment when I identify the client’s objectives, needs, and deadlines, ensuring full alignment before moving forward. Next, we move on to the Content phase, gathering all texts, images, and materials needed for the site, always focused on meeting the defined goals.
With the content in hand, I proceed to create the Wireframes in Figma. In this stage, I visually structure the project, organizing all information in a logical and functional way. This ensures a clear vision of how the website will be presented before moving on to the design and development phases.
CREATION | CRAFTING YOUR IDENTITY
In the creation phase, the focus is on turning strategy into a high-impact visual experience. It all starts in Figma, developing interactive layouts that balance aesthetics and functionality, delivering precise solutions for unique and efficient projects.
Visual quality is also a priority. I perform advanced image editing, attending to every detail to ensure a professional finish and strong visual impact. I create custom vectors and icons with scalable designs that bring consistency and versatility to the project. Additionally, I select the best visual resources from image libraries and AI, organizing all assets for clear, effective communication aligned with the site’s goals.
DEV | BRING IT ALL TO LIFE
In the development phase, the focus is on turning the approved layout into a functional, fast, and responsive website. The platform choice is made based on the project’s needs, always aiming for a balance between performance, flexibility, and investment.
For projects requiring creative freedom and great cost-effectiveness, I use Wix Studio with no-code development, ensuring agility and customization without sacrificing performance. For institutional websites that demand full control over design and structure, Webflow offers a low-code solution with advanced tools and fast loading speeds.
Framer provides beautiful websites full of smoothness and fluidity, perfect for delivering visually stunning and seamless user experiences.
When the focus is e-commerce, Shopify provides a robust and scalable framework, ideal for stores seeking complete integration and advanced management features. For those looking for a more affordable and straightforward online sales solution.
OFFBOARDING
Final Deliveries and Future Support.
Offboarding marks the official conclusion of the project, ensuring a smooth and secure transition. During the handover, you receive all access credentials, files, and guidance needed to manage the website independently and efficiently.
I also invite you to share feedback, recording your experience throughout the process. This feedback is essential for improving future projects and strengthening the quality of deliverables. Additionally, I offer 30 days of post-project support to clarify any doubts and resolve any issues related to the website’s operation, ensuring everything continues to run smoothly and without unexpected problems.
